JOSEPH A. MAROTTI received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairfield University in 1998.  He attended the Quinnipiac University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor in 2002.  Following law school, Attorney Marotti spent eight years as a general practitioner with concentration on personal injury, workers’ compensation and general civil litigation matters.  Attorney Marotti then moved to a senior litigation attorney position with a Hartford based commercial and municipal defense firm where his practice concentrated on liability defense for national retailers, large corporations and state municipalities.  Prior to joining Montstream Law Group in 2015, Attorney Marotti was a senior associate with Letizia, Ambrose & Falls, P.C., where his practice was devoted to workers’ compensation defense.  Attorney Marotti is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group at Montstream Law and he provides civil defense services for national insurers and their insureds in Courts throughout the State.  In addition, Attorney Marotti also provides extensive workers’ compensation defense representation.  He is admitted to the State bars of Connecticut and Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.  He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section.  Attorney Marotti has over 23 years of civil and workers’ compensation litigation experience and was made a Partner of the firm in 2025.
